We Are Seeking a Hiring Recruiter to Join Our Power Team!

 

Job Description: You will perform daily activities in recruiting, hiring and processing new independent contractors.

Salary: Potential Weekly Earnings: $500 – $1500 Based Upon Highly Motivated Individual’s Commissions and Bonuses.

Straight Commission. $50 Commission Per Hire, Plus $50 Bonus After Each Hired 90 Day Probation

Responsibilities:

  • Screen, recruit, and interview potential independent contractors
  • On-board and train new independent contractors
  • Implement company culture, values and policies
  • Provide management with requested reports and documents
  • Accurately maintain independent contractors training files

Qualifications:

  • Work in Quiet Home Office with your own computer and office equipment
  • Previous experience in Human Resources, recruiting, or other related fields
  • Knowledge of labor and employment laws
  • Ability to build rapport with all independent contractors and Staff
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
